This is "arguably the most misunderstood Jewish commandment", but the author gives a very good explanation of its intent and application -along with all of its ramifications.
The author of the blog on which the article is found is obviously not an Anglo from the manner of expression in a couple of places, but certainly these can be forgiven given the superb job that he has done.
